Cancellation and Refund Policy Effective Date: October 8, 2024 1. Cancellation Requests You may cancel your subscription to BitBloom Services India Pvt Ltd at any time. To cancel, please submit a written request to Info@bitbloom.in. 2. Refund Policy Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for a service and cancel before the service is delivered, we will issue a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees. Ongoing Services: If you cancel an ongoing service, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis based on the portion of the service that has not been delivered. No Refunds for Certain Services: There may be certain services for which refunds are not available, such as custom-developed solutions or time-sensitive projects. 3. Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 4.
